NGK Lab is a Mechanical Lab currently works on testing and inspection services for LPG and Firefighting System, and plans to introduce calibration services in the future. Established in 2016, NGK Company initially focused on setting up LPG systems by sourcing certified equipment like tanks, regulators, and safety devices that comply with industry standards. During installation, NGK Lab ensures proper site preparation, secure piping, and essential safety measures, such as emergency shut-off valves and gas detectors. The commissioning of LPG systems involves thorough testing, purging, and user training to guarantee safe operations. NGK Lab verifies compliance with regulations like NFPA-58 and ASME to ensure the safety and reliability of these systems.Located at Warehouse 127 in Sulaimani’s New Terminal, NGK Lab operates within a 600 m² facility, which includes a hydraulic test room built to ISO 45001 standards. NGK Lab also aligns its goals with the UN's sustainability objectives, aiming to minimize resource waste through the use of an underground water storage tank for hydraulic testing, capable of holding 56,700 liters of reusable water.
